Pricing
We offer straightforward executive search pricing with options for established companies and earlier-stage businesses.
Depending on the assignment, we can structure the fee as either:
- success-based payment upon candidate onboarding; or
- a split structure with part of the fee paid upfront and the remainder due upon onboarding.
The right structure depends on the seniority, urgency, complexity, and market difficulty of the search.
